Triangle side stones are chosen by side length, weighed by the carat and set in pairs to flank a center stone. This chart gives the weight of each pair and of a single stone, in curved trilliants and straight edge triangles, so you can plan a three-stone ring before you order. *Weights are approximate, based on standard calibrated triangle side stones, and vary with depth, the curve of the sides and size within the ±0.15mm tolerance. Pair weight is the total for two stones. Scale shapes show one stone at relative size, not actual size on screen.
Side length is the spec
Triangles are calibrated by the length of a side. Order to the size your setter or CAD calls for, then use the weight columns to plan the budget.
Curved or straight
A trilliant has gently curved sides, which give it a fuller outline and more spread for its size. A straight edge triangle keeps its sides flat, so it sits flush against the center stone.
Weight is for the pair
Side stones are set one on each side of a center stone, so they are sold as a pair. Weights here are for the pair, and each stone weighs about half. Every stone is a natural diamond, screened for natural origin before it ships.
How melee is sold
Retail orders are sold at the price shown. Trade orders are invoiced by the carat on the actual weight of your parcel, and we contact you first if the total differs from the estimate by more than 10%. Melee is final sale and not available on trade memo.
