This statement applies to prijems.com, operated by PRIJEMS Inc, and to the Classic Cuts stone search, which still runs on modernrusticdiamond.com, our former domain. It does not cover third-party sites reached from links here, or content hosted on social media platforms, which are governed by those platforms.

We want everyone to be able to see a stone, ask about it, request a memo, and place an order. Where this site gets in the way of that, we want to know, and we will serve you another way while we fix it.

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines define requirements for making web content more accessible. We aim for WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

This site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means some content does not fully meet the standard. We cannot currently demonstrate full conformance across every page and every stone listing, so we do not claim it.

We do not rely on any accessibility tool, plugin, or overlay to establish conformance, and we make no claim that any such tool brings this site into conformance.

We know about the following and are working on them. If one of these is blocking you, use the alternative described.

• The 360° stone viewer. Supplied by a third party. Keyboard operation and screen reader labeling are limited. Alternative: ask us and we will describe the stone in writing or on a call, including its shape, facet pattern, culet, color, and where the inclusions sit.
• The Classic Cuts stone search and collection filters. Supplied by third parties. Filter controls and results may not be fully labeled. Alternative: email us the shape, size, color, or cut you need, and we will send stones that match.
• Checkout. Supplied by our ecommerce platform and outside our direct control. Alternative: we can take any order by email or telephone and send a payment link or an invoice.
• Stone photography and video. Our images show what gives each stone its character: its color, its inclusions, and the way it is cut. A text alternative cannot always carry all of that. Alternative: ask and we will describe any stone in as much detail as you need.
• Page structure and contrast. Some pages have heading structures or color contrast that do not meet the standard. We are correcting them.

By email or telephone you can ask about any stone and request its measurements, photographs, or video. You can also apply for trade or memo access, place an order, and arrange payment and delivery. Trade terms and pricing are the same either way.

Tell us what is not working. Include the page address and what happened, and if you can, the browser and assistive technology you were using.

We aim to acknowledge within two business days and to tell you either that it is fixed or how long a fix will take. If a fix will take time, we will complete whatever you were trying to do another way in the meantime.

Say so, and the owner of the business will review it.

This site is designed to work with current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, on desktop and mobile, with the screen readers and magnification tools built into those platforms. It is not tested against browsers more than two versions old, and some functions require JavaScript.

Accessibility of this site relies on HTML, WAI-ARIA, CSS, and JavaScript, together with the accessibility features of the browser and any assistive technology in use.

We assess this site by internal review, using keyboard-only navigation, screen reader testing, and automated contrast and markup checks. We have not commissioned a third-party audit. When we do, we will say so here and publish the date.

We are a United States business selling internationally. Requirements differ by jurisdiction, and this statement is intended to meet the substance of the standards applied under the Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, and the European Accessibility Act, without claiming certification under any of them.

This statement was prepared in September 2026 and is reviewed at least annually, and sooner following any substantial change to the site.
